With the onset of summer, more and more companies go on vacation to a river, a lake or just to nature. Also, many families have a tradition of gathering on holidays, which are often accompanied by the preparation of barbecue and other dishes on a fire and grill. The following are examples of some of them.
10. Diet roll from pita bread and avocado
Avocados today can be bought at any supermarket at an affordable price. In addition, this fruit, resembling a pear in shape, is very healthy and rich in vitamins and minerals. It is used for the preparation of various salads and snacks. Less often they make a filling for rolls from it:
- lavash round 2 pcs;
- fresh avocado fruit 1 pc;
- lightly salted feta cheese 250 g;
- dill 100 g;
- olive oil.
First you need to cut the greens and mix it with feta cheese. Set the plate aside and start preparing the avocado. We wash it with running water and cut it in half, take out a bone. Now, using a spoon, knead the pulp inside the fruit. We spread two pita bread on the table with an overlap and spread the filling with feta cheese with dill. Spread a layer of pulp from avocado on top. Sprinkle with olive oil and form a tight roll.
9. Garlic Potatoes
Potato is perhaps one of the most popular products in our area. With it we cook the first, second, and we can cook up a snack without any problems. Dishes that hostesses prepare for a trip to nature. One of the simple and quick potato dishes is its preparation with aromatic garlic dressing. For her you need to take:
- large potatoes 5-7 pcs;
- sour cream 30 g;
- fresh dill 50 g;
- garlic 2-3 teeth;
- hard cheese (at your discretion).
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook until tender. Then drain the liquid and wait until the fruits have cooled. In a deep plate, mix sour cream and chopped garlic. We wash the dill and finely chop, add to the dressing. We cut each potato in half and spread with the resulting mixture. At 180 degrees, bake the dish for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and set back for another 5 minutes.
8. Chicken Quesadilla
Quesadilla is a traditional dish in Mexico. It is based on tortilla made from corn or wheat flour. Our hostesses often use chicken as a filling. This option is the simplest and at the same time, the dish turns out to be very tasty and fragrant. To prepare it, you need to take the following ingredients:
- tortilla 2 pcs;
- whole chicken breast;
- bell pepper 1 pc;
- sour cream 150 g;
- hard cheese 200 g;
- tomato 1 pc;
- linseed oil;
- iodized salt;
- ground black pepper.
In a frying pan, heat linseed oil and fry chicken on it, cut into small pieces. Add the meat and pepper to taste. We wash pepper and tomato with running water and cut into cubes. We send vegetables to the chicken, Stew for 5 minutes, add sour cream, cook for another 10 minutes. Then we send the hard cheese to the filling and remove from the heat. We take a clean frying pan, put one tortilla in it, and spread the filling generously on top of it. Cover with a second cake and bake at 160 degrees 10 minutes.
7. Lemonade
Not a single “get-together” in nature can do without a cold drink. Most often this is lemonade, ideally - made with your own hands, for which you need to take:
- ice;
- sugar 150 g;
- water 500 ml;
- lemon average 2 pcs.
Wash lemons with clean water and put them in a blender bowl. Add sugar, water and beat well. Put ice cubes in glasses and pour the resulting mass. Drink chilled.
6. Hot sandwiches with mushrooms
Every housewife knows how to cook sandwiches. But few know that they can be made not only by spreading butter on bread and putting a slice of cheese on top. You can cook hot sandwiches very quickly by adding your favorite foods as a filling. In this case, mushrooms. So, to prepare such an appetizer we need:
- carefully sliced bread 3-4 slices;
- champignon mushrooms 6 pcs;
- salt and pepper;
- sour cream 30 g;
- garlic 1 clove;
- any hard cheese 150 g;

- olive oil.
Peel the onion and finely chop it. Fry in olive oil until soft. Wash the mushrooms, peel (if there is time and desire, I do not clean the mushrooms) and cut into slices. We send to the pan to the onion. Fry until cooked. Then add sour cream to the mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes, salt and pepper. Peel and chop the garlic, send it to the pan and turn off the heat. On the sliced bread, put our filling. Rub the cheese with a coarse grater, and sprinkle with it each piece. We put in the oven to bake at 180 degrees until the cheese is browned.
5. Skewers cold appetizer
An appetizer, which is usually served on skewers, is called - canapes. It is very popular for serving a buffet, and more and more often it is cooked by hostesses at picnics. One of the simplest such snacks is prepared in this way, we take:
- hard cheese 250 g
- fresh or canned pineapple 250 g.
- boiled pork 250 g
We cut all three ingredients into approximately equal slices and put one slice of cheese, boiled pork and pineapple on skewers. We put it on a flat dish and serve.
4. Lavash on the grill
Pita bread cooked on the grill has an unusual aroma and delicate taste. For its preparation, you can use a variety of fillings. For instance:
- bell pepper 1 pc;
- smoked chicken 300 g;
- hard cheese;
- lavash 2 pcs.
Chicken cut into small pieces. Pepper is removed from the core and cut into cubes. We also cut the cheese into slices and mix all three ingredients in a deep plate. We lay out two pita bread on the table and put the filling evenly. We wrap it with a roll and cook on the grill until it is a beautiful golden color.
3. Forshmak from herring
Forshmak is an appetizer in German cooking. Traditional mincemeat is made from the following ingredients:
- hard boiled eggs 3 pcs;
- slightly salted herring 1 pc;
- butter 100 g;
- green apples 2 pcs;
- bow 1 pc.
The herring needs to be disassembled and freed from the bones. Soak the carcass of the fish in milk for half a minute. This is necessary so that it is not too salty. Peel the boiled eggs and pass them along with the apples through a meat grinder. Repeat the same with fish, onions and butter. You need to pass the ingredients through a meat grinder din times so that small pieces come across, and there is no homogeneous gruel. Send the thick mass to the refrigerator to allow it to cool. A similar dish can be prepared in just 20 minutes, while saving a lot of time for gathering for nature. For a spicy salad you need the following ingredients:
- fresh beets 1 pc;
- garlic 2-3 teeth;
- salt to taste;
- corn oil;
- ground red pepper 0.5 tsp
Grate beets for Korean carrots. Salt, pepper and squeeze the garlic. Sprinkle with corn oil and refrigerate for 15 minutes so that the salad is infused and saturated with the aroma of spices.
1. Fat in the marinade
One of the simplest and most delicious snacks on every table is lard. It is also convenient to take with you to nature. You can make lard in the marinade by taking:
- fat 1 kg;
- cold boiled water 1l;
- pepper peas 5-6 pcs;
- salt 5-6 tablespoons;
- 4-5 garlic cloves;
- bay leaf 3-4 pcs.
We put water on the fire and let it boil. Turn off the fire, add salt, pepper, lavrushka. We put the whole garlic. Cut the fat into small pieces and place in a chilled marinade.
